How do guests receive their photos?
Guests register with their email and upload a selfie. The AI finds their matching photos from the event and automatically emails a download link — no manual work required from you.
What counts as a guest search?
Each selfie registration counts as one guest search slot, regardless of whether matching photos are found. If 200 people register, that uses 200 guest search slots.
Do I need to upload photos manually?
No. Photos are synced directly from your Google Drive folder. Just connect the folder and the system handles the rest.
Is this a gallery hosting platform?
No. Photos are temporarily processed and stored for 90 days to enable AI matching and email delivery. It is not a permanent gallery or album hosting service.
How long can guests access photos?
Guests can register and receive matching photos for 90 days after event creation. Download links sent by email remain active for 7 days.
What is the free trial?
Every new account gets one free trial event with up to 50 photos and 5 guest searches. No credit card required — it's there so you can experience the full workflow before committing.
What are photo and guest bonus credits?
Bundle packages include bonus credits. Each photo credit adds 200 delivered photos to any one event. Each guest credit adds 50 guest search slots to any one event. You choose which events to apply them to.

What does "guest registration available for 90 days" mean?
After 90 days from event creation, guests can no longer register or receive their photos. The 90-day window covers the typical period when guests are looking for their event photos.
Do unused events expire?
No. Purchased events stay in your account until you use them.
Can I pass the cost to my clients?
Absolutely. Most photographers include this as an add-on in their wedding packages. Clients are happy to pay for the convenience of receiving their photos automatically.
