Terms of Service

1. The service

GiveMeMyPhotos is a photo retrieval service. Guests at photography events can submit their email address and a selfie to receive photos of themselves from the event.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must submit a selfie of yourself — not another person.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own.
• You must not attempt to retrieve photos of anyone other than yourself.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

3. No match guarantee

We use facial recognition to find photos of you. We cannot guarantee a match will be found. Factors such as lighting, camera angle, distance, or image quality may affect results. If no match is found, no photos will be delivered.

4. Photo ownership

The event photographs remain the property of the photographer who uploaded them. GiveMeMyPhotos does not claim ownership of any photos. Your right to download your matched photos is granted by the event photographer as part of the event.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Download links expire 7 days after delivery. We are not liable for loss of access after expiry.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
